Shipping policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
We offer several shipping methods within Spain. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the option selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €49.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 3 to 7 business days. Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on location and external circumstances, such as carrier delays.
International Shipping:
At the moment, we only ship within Spain. We do not ship to other countries.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Shipping Issues:
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is not delivered, please contact us immediately at help@itiscalero.com. We will investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it.
Changes to Shipping Address:
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.
Shipping to Remote Areas:
Shipments to remote locations may have longer delivery times. We strive to deliver to all destinations within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.
Failed Delivery and Uncollected Orders:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected from the pickup point and is returned to us:

The customer may request a reshipment of the order, assuming the new shipping costs.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded in case of return due to reasons beyond CALERO’s control.

If we do not receive a response from the customer within 14 calendar days from the return notification, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
