Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear items unless the product is defective or has a manufacturing error. We recommend carefully reviewing sizes and specifications before making your purchase.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

• Underwear: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for underwear items, including bras, panties, garter belts, and other intimate apparel.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service at help@itiscalero.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or replacement.
• Claim Process: If a product has a manufacturing defect, send an email to help@itiscalero.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
